Delete your account.
How to delete your Psyke account and everything in it. Psyke is made by Hill Capital Enterprises LLC.
Delete it yourself
1. Sign in at psyke.trade.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.
It happens straight away and can't be undone.
Ask us to delete it
Can't sign in? Email hello@psyke.trade from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your account and sign-in, signup answers, rules, session grades and marks, notes and reflections, risk limits, goals, pre-session checks, morning check answers, fresh starts, reminder settings, imported files and the trades read from them.
It's removed from Psyke straight away, and from our providers' backups within 30 days.
What we keep
Stripe — its own payment records, under Stripe's policy and the law.
Records the law requires — such as billing records, for as long as the law requires.
De-identified datasets — built before you deleted your account, and not linked to you.
Our inbox — account notes and emails you sent us, until you ask us to delete them.
Logs — our providers' server and email logs, for at most 30 days.
Your plan
Deleting your account cancels your plan straight away. If you have paid time left, email hello@psyke.trade before you delete.
Before you delete
Download your data first: Settings > Download my data. After deletion it can't be recovered.
