Cancel your plan
Settings > Manage billing > Cancel. Online, a few clicks, no call.
Cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you keep your plan to the end of the period you've paid for.
Free trial
30 days of Core free, with a card on file. We email you at least 7 days before it ends. If you don't cancel, Core starts at the price you picked.
Charges and invoices
While you're on a paid plan, update your card or see invoices in Settings > Manage billing. After that, email us for past invoices.
Think a charge is wrong? Email hello@psyke.trade with the date and amount. Refunds follow the Terms at psyke.trade/terms.
Your data
Settings > Download my data gives you everything in your account as one file. Want your original imported files too? Email us.
Delete your account
Settings > Delete account, type DELETE, confirm. Or email hello@psyke.trade from your account's email address.

Imports
An import didn't read right? Email us which platform the file came from and what looks wrong.

Psyke never tells you what to trade. It counts whether you did what you said. Not financial advice.
