Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
The one piece of health data Psyke can hold: hours slept, and only if you switch it on.

What we collect
Hours slept, as a whole number, for each trading day you do the pre-session check. Only while 'Also log hours slept' is switched on. It's off until you turn it on.
Psyke's earlier morning check (before 13 September 2026) also asked about sleep and mood. Those answers were deleted on 23 September 2026.
How we use it
To show that day's sleep next to that day's session: on Today, the pre-session check, your journal and your data download. Nothing else. It's never used in research or datasets, for advertising, or sold.
Where it comes from
Only from you, typed into the pre-session check.
Your rights
Switch it off on the pre-session check page and Psyke stops asking. What is already stored stays in your account until you ask us to delete it.
To see it, delete it or withdraw your consent, email hello@psyke.trade. We answer within 45 days.
If we turn a request down, reply to appeal and we answer the appeal within 45 days. If we turn the appeal down, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General.
