The short version
- TradeZella shows no free plan or trial on its pricing page. Since July 14, 2026 it sells Essential at $35, Pro at $59 and Ultra at $99 a month.
- TradesViz Pro is the cheapest paid plan here at $19.99 a month on the web. The free TradesViz plan imports stocks only.
- Tradervue costs $29.95 or $49.95 a month, and its broker table shows no automated import for Tradovate or Rithmic.
- For auto-sync, trade replay or backtesting, choose TradeZella or TradesViz. Replay needs TradeZella Pro ($59) or TradesViz Platinum ($29.99). Psyke has none of the three.
- Psyke is for prop futures traders who keep breaking their own rules. It never asks for your broker login.
- Psyke Free is $0 with no card and shows your last 7 days; older sessions stay saved. Core names the rule you break most once five marked trades include three breaks of it, at $29 a month after a free first month with a card on file.

Which one fits
- TradeZella
- Choose TradeZella if you want auto-sync, replay, backtesting and prop fees and payouts in one app, across many accounts. It starts at $35 a month; replay and up to 50 accounts start on Pro at $59.
- TradesViz
- Choose TradesViz if you want futures auto-sync, rule checks, prop limit tracking and phone apps at the lowest paid price here: Pro at $19.99 a month on the web.
- Tradervue
- Choose Tradervue if you want a plain web journal a mentor can read, with unlimited accounts, and you don't need AI or replay. It starts at $29.95 a month.
- Psyke
- Choose Psyke if your setups aren't the problem and the same mistake keeps blowing your evals. It needs no broker login. Free to start, and Core is $29 a month.
- Both
- Run a journal and Psyke together if you want the journal to hold the trades and Psyke to hold the rules.
Where TradeZella wins
TradeZella takes trades by auto-sync, file upload or manual entry on every plan, and auto-sync covers Tradovate, NinjaTrader and Rithmic.
It replays trades second by second, unlimited on Pro and Ultra.
Manual bar-by-bar backtesting runs on every plan with 11+ years of data, futures included. AI backtests from plain-English rules run 10 a month on Pro and 100 on Ultra.
PropFirm Sync, on every plan, shows daily loss used, drawdown used and Best Day consistency for each account, plus fees, resets and payouts.
Pro holds up to 50 active accounts, and Ultra holds unlimited.
It has mistake tags, a follow rate and net P&L for each playbook rule, and a daily rule checklist with a score and a heat map. Zella Insights flags revenge trades, size-ups after a win streak and tilt sessions.
Watch for: the pricing page shows no free plan or trial. Essential gets 1 active account and no Zella Agents. Rithmic auto-sync pulls only the last 180 days. The Terms say all payments are final.
Where TradesViz wins
TradesViz has the cheapest paid plan here: Pro at $19.99 a month, or $14.99 a month billed yearly.
It lists 70+ auto-sync connections. Tradovate access is read-only and approved on Tradovate, and NinjaTrader 8 uses a free indicator. The Rithmic API sync is started by hand each time, because TradesViz never stores your password; its guide also offers an automatic route through a Google Drive CSV.
Its Rules, rebuilt on September 15, 2026, are checked after every import and sync. You can set a cool-off after a losing close, no size-up after a loss, and no trading on after a losing streak.
AI Coach, on Pro and Platinum, flags revenge trades, size-ups after losses and cold starts. Its findings are fixed checks on your trade data, and a language model writes only an optional summary. You run the review, and a card shows only when that group loses money and has 10 or more trades.
Prop firm compliance, on Pro and Platinum, covers four drawdown types, daily loss, profit target and consistency.
Platinum adds a futures simulator with trade replay for NQ, ES and other US futures, with bars from 5 seconds.
It has apps for iOS and Android.
Watch for: the free plan imports stocks only, the trial needs a card, there are no refunds, and Pro costs $29.99 a month in the iOS app against $19.99 on the web.
Where Tradervue wins
Both paid plans include unlimited trade imports and trading accounts.
Mentor sharing gives read-only access with private comments when mentor and mentee are both on Silver or Gold.
It is a plain journal, with notes per trade, per day and in general, note templates, images and video.
Silver and Gold have Performance by Tag, and Gold adds R-multiple reports, exit analysis and commission support.
NQ and MNQ are on its supported products list, and it lists 80+ platform integrations.
Watch for: its broker table shows no automated import for Tradovate or Rithmic, and NinjaTrader automation runs through the third-party Journal Lync plugin. Its own March 2026 blog post lists "No AI-powered insights" among its cons. Its signup page says all sales are final.
Where Psyke is different
Psyke is built for the trader whose setups work and whose evals still blow.
Fills show times, sizes and prices. They don't show the rules you wrote.
Psyke never asks for your broker login. You log each session after the close in about two minutes, or drop in your platform's CSV or Excel export.
You mark every trade against every rule you wrote: Followed, Broken or N/A.
On every plan, each session can name up to two habits, such as FOMO or Moved the stop, from your own Yes or No answers.
Once you have five marked trades and one rule broken three times, Core names your Psyke Issue: the rule you break most. It stays an early read until ten trades.
Once that rule has broken five times, Core shows when you break it (after a loss, after your first trade of the session, or in a run) and what sets it off.
Core shows what breaking it costs in dollars, from the amounts you logged. Nothing is estimated.
Psyke gives no signals and has no mood quiz and no AI coach. Its own code does the math, and your entries are never sent to outside AI services.
The six habits, explained: Overtraded, Oversized, Moved the stop, FOMO, Traded on my phone, Hesitated.
What Psyke doesn't do
Psyke has no auto-sync. Every import is a file you drop in, or you log by hand.
It has no trade replay, backtesting, price charts or screenshots.
It has no win rate by setup, profit factor, R-multiple, or MAE and MFE.
It has no mobile app; Psyke runs in the browser.
It has no view across many accounts.
For firm limits, Psyke flags days past your daily loss limit and trades above your set size, from what you log. It does not track trailing drawdown.
Fill-only exports, like a Rithmic fill list, come in as points, not dollars.
It runs on your honesty. Psyke checks one rule itself, your trade cap, and every other mark is your word.
Under five marked trades, or before one rule has broken three times, no Psyke Issue is named. On Free, the Psyke Issue, the patterns and the dollar cost are locked.
It's new, so there are no reviews or user counts to show you yet.
Firm rules are psychology rules
Each common eval rule lines up with a habit that breaks it.
Daily loss limit: the revenge trade.
Consistency rule: the size-up after a win streak.
Trailing drawdown: the stop you gave room.
Max contracts: the size button after a loss.
TradeZella and TradesViz track these limits as numbers, and both also flag some habits from your trade data, such as revenge trades. Psyke starts from the rules you wrote and names the one you break most.
Where their own pages disagree
We report what each company publishes, and sometimes it contradicts itself.
TradeZella: the yearly pricing table shows Zella Agents on Essential, while the Essential card and the monthly table say they are not included.
TradeZella: the changelog and the pricing help article give Essential 10 trade replays a month, while the pricing page shows none.
TradeZella: a July help article gives Pro 1,000 AI credits a month, while the pricing page says 1,500.
TradeZella: the broker page lists TopstepX as file upload only, while a February 2026 help article says TopstepX auto-syncs with a ProjectX API subscription.
TradesViz: the prop firm page prices Pro at $29.99 a month, while the pricing page says $19.99.
TradesViz: the prop firm page calls challenge practice free and unlimited, while the pricing page puts the simulator on Platinum only.
TradesViz: the pricing page says AI Coach ranks up to 8 findings, while the AI Coach post says four cards at most.
Tradervue: the help center caps the free plan at 30 trades a month, while a March 2026 blog post says 100.
Tradervue: the signup page says all sales are final, while the blog banner promises a 100% money-back guarantee.
How we checked
Psyke wrote this page, and we make one of these four tools, so check our work.
Every competitor line comes from that company's own site (pricing, help, terms, blog, broker and signup pages, changelog) or its App Store listing, loaded on October 3, 2026. Lines marked third-party come from an outside review.
"Not documented" means we found nothing either way. It does not mean the feature is missing.
Where a company's pages disagree, the table follows the pricing page, and the main conflicts are listed above.
Prices move. TradeZella changed its plans on July 14, 2026.
Questions
What is the best TradeZella alternative?
It depends what you're leaving. For a lower price with futures auto-sync, TradesViz Pro is $19.99 a month against $35 for TradeZella Essential. For a plain journal a mentor can read, Tradervue starts at $29.95. If you keep breaking your own rules, Psyke Core names the rule you break most, at $29 a month after a free first month, and Psyke Free lets you log first.
Is there a free TradeZella alternative for futures?
Psyke Free is $0 with no card: log every session, import your CSV, and see your last 7 days. The free TradesViz plan imports stocks only. Tradervue's help center describes a free plan of 30 trades a month, and does not say whether it covers futures.
Does TradeZella have a free plan or free trial?
Not on its pricing page. On October 3, 2026 it showed three paid plans, Essential at $35, Pro at $59 and Ultra at $99 a month, and no trial.
Is TradesViz free for futures?
No. The free Basic plan imports stock trades only. Futures need Pro at $19.99 a month, Platinum at $29.99, or the 7-day trial, which needs a card.
How much does Tradervue cost?
Silver is $29.95 and Gold is $49.95 a month, each with a 7-day trial. The pricing page shows no yearly option. The help center describes a free plan capped at 30 imported trades a month.
Does a trading journal need my broker login?
Not to start. TradeZella, TradesViz and Tradervue all take file uploads. Auto-sync is different: TradeZella and TradesViz ask for your Rithmic username and password, for example (TradesViz says it never stores them), and Tradervue's Broker Sync connects to your broker by API. Psyke never asks.
Which trading journal tracks prop firm rules?
TradeZella's PropFirm Sync, on every plan, tracks daily loss, drawdown and Best Day consistency. TradesViz does the same on Pro and Platinum, with four drawdown types. Psyke flags days past your daily loss limit and trades above your set size, from the P&L and contracts you log. It does not track trailing drawdown.
Can a trading journal stop me breaking my rules?
No app moves your hand. A journal can show which rule you break, when, and what it costs. Psyke does that from your own marks. TradesViz checks rules you set against your imported or synced trades, and TradeZella's Progress Tracker unchecks its max-loss rules when you go past them.
Do TradeZella, TradesViz and Tradervue give refunds?
TradeZella's Terms say all payments are final. TradesViz says it does not refund subscriptions. Tradervue's signup page says all sales are final, though its blog banner advertises a money-back guarantee. Psyke's Terms don't promise a refund either: cancelling stops the next charge, a charge you think is a mistake can be raised by email, and any refund right the law gives you still applies.
Does Psyke sync with Tradovate, NinjaTrader or Rithmic?
No. Export a CSV or Excel file from your platform and drop it in, or log by hand. There are export guides for Tradovate, NinjaTrader 8 and Rithmic. A fill-only export, such as Rithmic's, comes in as points, not dollars.
Does Psyke use AI?
No. There is no AI coach. Psyke's own code does the math, and your entries are never sent to outside AI services.
Find the rule you keep breaking.
